My take on a derelict farm in Henford-on-Bagley. Fully functional lot with animal shed, chicken coop and garden plots. Lot is set up with Off-the-Grid and Simple Living lot traits. Alot of gameplay potential, perhaps for a 'Rags to Riches' type experience, or just a Sim who is looking for a simpler life, but doesn't quite know what they are getting themselves into.
