I started this as a part of the #SpookySimsieShell challenge, but didn't finish on time. I imagine a person living upstairs and running a café downstairs. Maybe they're also selling homemade pastries and jams there. The green house can be rented for parties. Technically you can't use this as a living space, but what you can do is put a sim on an empty lot, buy the café, come over and stay here to sleep, eat,...
