Guttersnipe Hall

#Guttersnipe Hall is an impressive period Grade II listed house dating from the early 18th century. It was bequeathed to farmhand Gunter Guttersnipe, the illegitimate (and only) son of Lord Cholmondeley in 1831. It caused quite the stir in #Henford-on-Bagley’s polite #Victorian society. Constructed of brick under a slate roof, the house has a number of impressive period features.
