Hi! I took piper_fl's house in 2016 and felt like recreating the whole thing as best as I can. It's mostly base game items, because I didn't have any expansions when starting to build the house. I added a few items from expansions later. Richard's bunk bed is not functional, unfortunately, but there is a second bed just so sims are able to sleep in the room.
