3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, though the office and sunroom downstairs could easily be converted into more bedrooms (aka 5 bedrooms). Some of the window placements are a little wonky, but will be easily fixable once the June 2nd patch comes out. The home itself could fit on a smaller lot if needed!
