Thanks to Seasons, I've recently had a need for cheaper-than-#starter homes, so I've gotten on the 10k build wagon a little late. This home features #3bedrooms with one set up as a #nursery (hopefully you can afford a wall piece and a door by the time you have a toddler!) and one bathroom. The nursery could become an office nook. Very expandable in all directions, especially if placed on a larger lot.
