House of Black was made for my sim (Ms Black), it can easily be made into base game by just replacing the windows, most outer objects aren't needed (drain pipes ect). This is a large house, with room for laundry off of the kitchen. The master bedroom has an ensuite, with two generous single bedrooms sharing a small family bathroom.
