The house EA built for the Goth family was an absolute tragedy and an insult to Bella Goth's icon status, so I built them a luxurious haunted mansion for them to live in. Its loosely based off of the Carson Mansion in California. Comes complete with staff quarters and a private apartment for a spoiled teenager.
