10K Starter Home
My goal for the #10kstarterhousechallenge was to make the sleekest, nicest #luxury #modern house while getting as close to #10k as possible. Went for an #aframe #midcentury style to maximize square footage while eliminating the need for a lot of walls. Used a lof of #debug, #ecolifestyle and the #toolmod to make this work, and I somehow hit exactly 10k simoleons. I placed this lot in #mountkomorebi on the #241wakabamori lot but it would work on any #20x15. #10kstarter #starterhome #starterhouse
