Grafton Farm House is a fanmade #phasmophobia #haunted house with #nocc. This is the smallest farm house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is one large area on the top floor that is undeveloped but your sims are able to reach it if you want them to by discrete methods in the large storage room or you can remove it to be more true to the #grafton feel.
