I decided to try my friend's 10,000 dollar family home challenge! All items in this build are completely functional, and the house sleeps 3 sims, which I consider a family. This build cost me exactly 10,000 simoleons, but I was unable to add any landscaping or major decorations due to that. But I did complete the challenge!!!
