Boulevard Fitness replaces Pectoral Fitness in Del Sol Valley (2/5 of my Starlight Boulevard remodel). This meets requirements for a Spa lot also. I took out the pool and added rock climbing equiptment. I also added the Maxis kitchen from Spa Day, added two saunas and a yoga room. New colors and new signage.
