I'm definitely not a builder, but I had fun trying to make a seventies inspired house for the Townsends, a lil family I made. It's certainly not in Point Place, I took a page from Eric Foreman's house and tried to make this as retro as possible. She may look cute and craftsman on the outside, but inside, she's... interesting. It needs a lot of updates, unless retro-chic is your style.
