This old tire factory was built in the early 1900s, but was sold early in the prohibition era to a wealthy architecht. Not sure whatever happened to that architecht... his office still remains but it seems to be a bit "messy". Rumor has it new owners have taken over, and young adults seem to be coming around and entering through the back door. Who knows what they're up to on the second floor! #DecemberSimsieShell #bar
