This is my first Shell Challenge because I got The Sims 4 in June and was so excited to try one of lilsimsie's Shell Challenges and the she stopped doing them. So now I'm very happy to finally being able to try this! Anyway, this house could be a residental or a rental, when you want to spend christmas with your family in your holiday home. It is currently decorated for this occasion, I simply couldn't resist using all these christmas decorations. #DecemberSimsieShell
