For my entry to the #DecemberSimsieShell challenge I made a small rental beach house. This was an old home that was set to be demolished, but thanks to local efforts this piece of history was preserved and remodeled into a rental home. The large back deck was added to take advantage of the oceanic paraside in the backyard, This house can sleep up to 5 sims!
