My attempt at lilsimsie's #DecemberSimsieShell. A 3 bedtoom, 3 bathroom lot with space for 2 parents and 2 kids, The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and there is a full bathroom downstairs. A designated dining room area with a sunken platform is included, as well as a laundry area and baskeyball court out front.Not all base game, but I tried to use it for majority of the build. I'm still new at landscaping but this is my second real attempt at it and I like it!
