I tried to mimic Shell Cottage - the home of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour in the last movies of the Harry Potter franchise. In my save file I put it as a vacation home because Harry, Hermoine, Ron and all the other retreat there to rest - a little bit like a vacation.
