I really don't care for the base game gyms, so this was first on my list to remodel. I siezed on the two old buildings theme the original had, but added more exposed brick, and split the dividing wall properly. A third story was added for both more workout space, and for a nicer sightline. With an industrial converted warehouse theme, this is now the perfect spot for your sims to work out, take a swim, grab a bite, or just socialize! #remodel #renovation #gym
