This Gym comes with showers, a shop for towels and training books, a juice bar, a pool, lounge and room for working out of course. Right outside the gym the sims can sit and relax in the evening having a bit of a grill. If you have packs I did have plans to have a firepit where the grill is placed. Enjoy Oasis Springs and Gyms!
