I built this prison-like vampire training ground on Fledermaus Bend in Forgotten Hollow. Vlad came lurking in my apt. hall the first night my newborn was in the game so I declared war on him. Add any vampire to your household you want to fight and lure them into each side of the training ground by deleting the door. Then build it back. They can get out if there are doors.
