This is my version of Harbor Quarter Gym in Windenburg. It's a gym to meet people and exercise together. There is a nerd bar upstairs, cause the whole place is owned and run by a friendly muscle nerd. It is not a squeky clean place.There are a few activities for kids in the reception room, cause I try to make my builds family-oriented. There is a small garden and a bike stand at the backside.
