An 'old' #Maxis-made #offthegrid #wreckage lot recently leased to the #Moa Research Institute, an organization which dedicates its stafff to the monitoring of #weatherchange near active #volcano eruption sites & to the #study of gas emissions that lead to mass extinction events.
