This is the Newcrest Gym and Yoga Studio. It is very spacious in hopes that it'll be fully functonal as well as many spots for sims to socialize, meditate, and enjoy each other. There is a deck on the second level with a hot tub and meditation maps. The second floor also has the yoga stuido. There is a pool and many work out equipment so sims should move smoothy here.
