PLEASE READ Built mostly for storytelling, but is fully functional. Needs more decor (I use CC in my game) FYI - downloaded retail businesses will NOT be automatically functional in your game. Have a Sim buy them, and then sell again, then they will work as they should. That is not something we builders can control.
