The Gryffindor Common Room and the boys/girls dormitories. It has a big fireplace, hobby-specific items and a nice space for cats like Crookshanks to hang out. While the Gryffindor common room does not have a kitchen, I have included one so its livable for HP sims in gameplay (I have made Harry, Ron and Hermione, check them out in my gallery).
