I made this on the gym lot in del sol valley, I completely forget the name of it. Anyways, it's a karaoke bar. Needed something more for my sims in game so I thought I'd get rid of the gym (not needed) and build another venue. I don't know why I made it so that stray dogs will come around but I did.
