I got this idea from youtube. Its three businesses on one lot. A gym and coffee shop in the front and a grocery store with a hidden upstairs apartment in the back. You can either set it as a gym lot or a retail lot. I haven't actually play tested it yet. I'm not sure if the fruit/food in the grocery store will stay on the shelves when you download it, sorry!
