Hi guys! I made this house suited for a family sim household. I have added a two person toddler room, but you can change that to a kids room if you'd like. There is also a bedroom suitable for a teen as well as a regular bedroom for parents. There is also an office, kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. The backyard also has a pool.
