Patchy's Place; Garden "Warehouse" more than Centre. Has all the things you expect an UK garden centre to have - plants, BBQs and Christmas trees :D. I originally had it as a #retail lot but not sure how well it works to be honest; currently have it as a #cafe, which works well with a Gardening Club. Three #greenhouses out back which I will upload as rooms on their own; filled with plants of varying quality.
