Good ole #Nookstone, this is my take on a #renovation for this lovely little property. It's #modern, #cozy, full of #greenery, and a touch #industrial. It's suited for 1-2 sims, is great for entertaining guests, has a large kitchen with lots of indoor and outdoor dining space, a little spot for gardening, even a lounge pool encased in glass.
