A modern, small family home. There are two bedrooms, a master and a teenager's room. The interior color scheme has lots of whites and greens, while the teen's room is navy and yellow. It has a nice backyard, and a large area for gardening which isn't on the screenshots. The idea was to have a very nature inspired house, with an area for a sim who liked gardening.
