Renovated this #modern build by gallery user @kaylarwelch with only the #basegame My inspiration was a grandmother living with her teenage granddaughter. The #grandma has a bedroom downstair and the entire upstairs loft space is for the girl. I would suggest placing this in #newcrest or in "oasissprings
