This #Tier3 #SmallHome was built on the #GranadaPlace lot in Oasis Springs. The lot has been tested and works well. (MOO WAS USED TO PLACE or SIZE SOME OBJECTS and/or DEBUG ITEMS. The hedge trees and ground cover are matching DEBUG. There are 4 #PerfectSplicedPlants in the #Garden Shed. You may want to remove some items and wait for the game to call for them.
