This beach house is the perfect place to entertain your Sims grandkids. Downstairs has an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and living area. It has a bedroom and bathroom as well. There are two decks: one to dine and gaze at sea, and one for skill buidling. The lot also contains a greenhouse.
