This home was once owned by the elderly couple 'Mr & Mrs Fredricks, they cared for this house and grew all the plants from seeds, including the great oak tree out front! Sadly Mr Fredricks passed of old age, and Mrs Fredricks found it hard to live without him, so she ended up starving herself, so she could be reunited with her husband.
