A nice big, cozy property. Fit for 3-4 sims, I made the secound bedroom in the house for a tolder, but you can change that. There also is a extra "house" with a small living room and kitchen, with a bedroom and bathroom aswell. There are a bunch of activities and a uh lot of debug.
