My take on the medium apartments in GTA Online. Simified in the name of artistic freedom, I changed the exterior layout and some minor stuff in the interior. Especially the kitchen, dining, and living area are well recognizable. I would recommend some extra windows in the main room to make it more symmetrical. Suitable for up to 2 sims.
