Must have moveobjects on if you want everything placed. This is literally just my grandparents house though so I don't know why you'd want it. If you do download it, it's probably not entirely playable and you'll have to delete some stuff if you want it to be playable. Ohterwise, it's just your everyday lil lightly rundown rowhome.
