This house is not quite finished with a bare bathroom and a very desolate living room but as your sim makes money you can update the house and upgrade the kitchen. The bathroom can be fixed but on the lot I used I only have 6 dollars left vs I could have over 5000 left so based on the lot you use you can update it more or find the need to cheat.
