Not So Great Grand Canyon is based off the...well #Grand Canyon. There is a "water source" cough cough *pool* for the sims to swim in. I already play tested it and it worked on my end. If it doesn't work for you, please comment on here or reach out to me on my Twitter page to see if I can resolve the issue, but it should work! This is a #nationalpark.
