Part of my Simniversity Project.1. Building with apartments (five, one is converted 2-level storehouse), "cafe" (basically it's the window with food and seatings outside), bar and coffee shop. Oh, and with a place that has a renovation in it (I thought it would be a better idea to leave it empty).
