Arthur built this mid-century house with his newlywed wife in the 1950s. Tragically, she died shortly after, and Arthur could never bring himself to renovate the home. A mechanic by trade, he has a tinker shed out back with a few old cars. However, he is now too old to work on real cars, so he builds and paints model cars instead.
