Also, this not not a ruthless_kk creation, I only started the lot with one of her starter houses then demolished to rebuild, hence her name. My 3rd gen, Brock Hart lives in this house in My World Legacy. Also has some unlocked items, so I don't know whether they get included in upload, so please be aware.
