This was an entry for the #GoldenAge Challange via Spark'd but was late. Anywho. Still finished the build. A upscale retirement home for your againg sims who just want to enjoy their last few years. Equipted with a kitchen, small wedding venue, skill building room: painting, tv, chest, building and gardening and also has a nursing station for sick sims. Becrooms are left empty for customization.
