Probably my favorite build, I created this about a year ago, and have kept using it because I enjoy the layout so much for gameplay. It has 4BR, 2 BA downstairs, and studio/skill spaces and gym upstairs. Since I do use the house in gameplay with my main Sim family (currently 6 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby), the furnishings and luxury upgrades reflect this.
