1Bd/1Ba very modern, open-concept, black and white, glass themed home with desert/tropical style vibe. Great for those who love absolutely zero privacy LOL. Play tested with no issues. I do have #MOO and there is #NoCC , however I did use a fair amount of Spa Day build items and decor +some activity items, Seasons umbrella on deck, Get Together for several decorations/clutter items, and a couple Dine Out items for decor as well.
