This is a modern looking houose with the interior being a "chic" theme. The story I went with while building this house is, an older sister moved out into a modern house. But shes very very chic. She has a younger rebelous sister. Her parents kicked her sister out and she allowed her younger sister to move in. Thats why all the rooms are "chic".
