Close to Vulcano
A secluded house for a sim and baby/toddler. Plenty of opportunity to be creative and for gardening. Play area for the kid. It's build somewhat cheap with cheap furniture. But if you want, you can upgrade for a fancier home. I build this for my single sim and her newborn son.
