The Tiny Castle
Doing some genealogy research, you find an old plot of land you family owned is for sale and buy it on a whim. Now you're the owner of an old tiny castle in nee of some tlc. Last "renovated" about 40 years ago, the outhouse bathroom is oddly shaped and behind the castle (pretend the stove is an iron fireplace, please). A hidden basement is a nice surprise, though.
